The ‘2015 BFW Awards’

More than 34 states attended the BFW 2015 award ceremony. France and Portugal was represented as was Argentina. The basis for gauging a franchise was its savings and impact, the level of employee motivation as well as the influence on the other networks. All proposed improvements were weighed based on market benchmarks.

Omar Yunes, according to Diego Elizarrarras, came in first at the national levels. The event organizer also pointed out that Omar was awarded for being a catalyst of change as far as the relationship between the franchiser and franchisee was concern. Again Omar’s victory was attributed to his effective management of information.
