Hi there!  I admit I got a bit distracted last week; I have loads of new designs in progress, but I will be back tomorrow with Day 2 of my inspiration to product series.  Today, though I wanted to share my newest tea towel design with you.

One of my personal goals this year is to take one day each week to unplug, unwind, and rest.  I really feel like I need this one day to energize me for the other six days each week, so I made this towel to inspire myself and hopefully others to remember to rest.  It is printed with antique wood block numbers and I linocut I created for the word rest.  It's in the shop now!

As a side note: I've decided to print all of my towels on 100% linen beginning this month.  Linen is my first love, the fabric on which my prints look best, and I love the way it softens over time.
