Expert in Property Investment and Telereal Head, Graham Edwards Enters Center for Policy Studies

Following Brexit which will take effect about a year from now, companies and firm have been making changes to keep up and cope with the changes. The Center for Policy Studies is one such firm where it has announced and launched a ‘New Generation’ that is tasked with the development of new age and radical policies for post-Brexit Britain. The team expected to generate ideas that reflect on voter’s needs and aspirations with the projection of a better tomorrow and future.

The New Generation will focus on four main policy plans that are drawn from key areas of life that affect people the most: welfare, business and enterprise, tax and cost of living, and housing and planning. These four programs will have a combined objective of giving the people a realistic sense of ownership as well as being in charge of their lives.

Alex Morton will be the overseer of the four programs. He was instrumental in some of the key policies in the 2015 manifesto and brings a wealth of expertise in planning, consultancy, and housing. Tax program will be headed by Tom Clougherty, Rachel Wolf will be head of Welfare while the head of business will be announced later. Graham Edwards will be the chairman of housing policy group and a CPS research fellow.

Graham Edwards is the current CEO of Telereal Trillium, a major property outsourcing and investment market leader in the United Kingdom. One of his instrumental contributions to the company was when helped acquire Trillium in 2009. Graham Edwards is a Cambridge University graduate with a major in Economics, and a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and serves on the committees and boards not limited to One Voice Europe, Portland Trust, and British Friends of the Hebrew University (Crunchbase).

Graham Edwards has led Telereal Trillium to forge long-term relationships with renowned clients such as Royal Mail, British Telecomholdings (BT) and Department of Work and Pensions. Graham Edwards’s contributions to the company have seen it make remarkable growth and expansion seen from various recognitions and awards. His knowledge, experience, and leadership will be pivotal for CPS’s new agenda.
